Process

When making new curtains and blinds, I work with you, following a 5-step process:

1) First contact:

Please get in touch, by phone, email or via the website contact form, with an idea of what you want and your budget. I endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

2) On-site consultation:

We proceed to arrange a free onsite consultation where we can discuss in person your vision and           requirements and talk about fabric and poles and track choices (if required). Fabric samples delivered to your home can be arranged if required.

3) Quotation agreed:

After deciding on the fabric, a quotation is provided. Upon agreement , a deposit is paid to secure the order. 

​

4) Make-up:

Your curtains and/or blinds are made, within the previously agreed time frame.

​

5) Delivery:

You will be contacted to arrange a suitable day and time to deliver and fit (if applicable) your new curtains and/or blinds. The outstanding balance needs to be settled upon delivery of the items.
